How Do I Change/Cancel My Order?
Changes: Please have your order number ready. We begin processing your order immediately after receipt so please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
Please have your order number ready. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and credit your refund to the original form of payment used.
Please email email@example.com with your name and order number. You may return unopened and unused merchandise back to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
How do I return a product?
To return item(s) to Snifflock.com, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return label to be sent to you via email. All returns that use our prepaid FedEx shipping label will be charged $6.95 return fee for use of the label. This fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to exchange your item, you will not be charged for the use of the label. All item(s) must be placed in a proper box such as the original shipping box or equivalent. Please make sure to cover any old labels with the new one or you can simply use a black magic marker to cover the old labels. Once you have received your label and your package is ready for return, please include your original invoice provided with your original shipment, inside the return box for easy processing.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information for your order. If the tracking number does not work, it may be too soon for the shipment information to have been updated, so please wait 24-48 hours before checking again. If you did not receive a tracking number, email email@example.com with your name and order number and we will send it to you.
Within 2-3 business days after the payment is processed. Please note that FEDEX will NOT SHIP to P.O. Boxes.
